Insurance- Patients who
have dental coverage that allows them to select
their dentist can anticipate insurance benefit for
covered services provided in our office. Our team
will help you to understand your benefits and create
a treatment plan that enables you to maximize your
coverage at the time of your consultation with Dr.
Payment Plans-We work with two
different financing companies to help patients cover
out-of-pocket expenses. These companies offer
no-interest and long-term fixed rate payment
options, allowing patients to have the best in
dental care now while paying over time. Both sites
offer online applications with instant approval.
Patient Lounge: Patient and
their escorts our encouraged to make use of our
private lounge. In the lounge, patients and their
escorts can watch television, access the internet,
and or make phone calls, etc. A private exit from
the lounge is available for patients post-surgery.
Headphones: Escape the
noise of the hand piece by listening to music by
using one of our I-pods, or you are welcome to bring
24 Hour Access: A member of our
team is always available to our patients. Following
procedures, patients are provided with a phone
number that will get them in contact with a member
of our team with any questions or concerns 24 hours
a day/seven days a week.
Sedation:IV & Oral
Dr. West offers both Oral and
IV sedation to patients receiving surgical care in
our office. Sedation allows patients to undergo
treatments in a stress-free manner, alleviating
patient anxiety. Patients receiving sedation will
need an escort on the day of surgery.
Our office is digital. Not only
does this benefit the patient by exposing them to
minimal radiation when having x-rays taken, but the
referring doctor as well. Your referring dentist
will receive notification via e-mail/fax each time
you are in our office, including any x-rays or
digital photos taken. Allowing our team to
coordinate your care with your general dentist.
